All content and images on our website may be used for personal use, but cannot be used under any circumstances for commercial use without permission from Vital Herb.

Whilst we have made every effort to ensure that all information on our website, both written and visual, is accurate, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of the information, and do not accept any loss that has come as a result of reliance of information contained on our website.

Both product descriptions and product images aren’t guaranteed to be exact representations of the products for sale, as they are subject to change without prior notice. Changes to product information and imagery may change without prior notice, along with price and availability, Vital Herb does not accept any liability that comes as a result of any loss from such changes.

Ordering

Ordering products via our website using our online checkout procedure binds you to our contract for the supply of goods and services, as stated below.

The display of goods on the Vital Herb website amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and Vital Herb unless, and until, an email is sent by Vital Herb to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made.

This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Vital Herb of your offer to buy goods or services from Vital Herb and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

The content displayed on the pages of this website is for your general information and use only and is subject to change without notice. All prices advertised include VAT @ 20%. VAT displayed on the shopping cart and at checkout, as well as on your invoice.

All orders placed on the Vital Herb website are charged for at the time of placing the order. After this time, you will not be able to amend your order, but you may cancel if you wish.

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received. We accept no liability for delays resulting from incorrect payment details. We are not obliged to notify a customer if their order is incomplete, but we may do so if correct contact information has been supplied.

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation of purchase and an electronic invoice.

Delivery

Under normal circumstances and subject to stock availability, orders placed before 4pm weekdays (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 4pm are dispatched the next working day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).

Please allow up to a maximum of 30 days for delivery. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days, please contact us and we will give you the option of a full refund on any payments you have made.

Delivery will be made to the address specified upon completion of the order, unless otherwise agreed. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for loss, damage or delay resulting from incorrect delivery information (unless caused by our negligence).

Cancellation By The Customer

Under the The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the legal right to cancel an order within fourteen days of receipt of your goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation, nor will you have to pay a penalty unless otherwise stated. However, you will need to notify us in writing or by email.

If the item(s) have not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and refund the amount in accordance with our refund policy.

If the item(s) have been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the returns procedure outlined in our returns policy.

Cancellation By Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

We have insufficient stock to fulfil your order
We do not deliver to your area
One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we do cancel your order, we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card within 30 days of your order in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations.

Refunds

If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, we will refund the cost of your order and any delivery charges.

If you are entitled to a refund and the goods have been dispatched, you will need to return the items, unopened and with all seals intact to us before we can refund the cost of your goods.

Refunds will not be made until all items have been returned. It is the customer's responsibility for returning items to our warehouse at their own cost and risk.

Refunds will be made to the card or Pay Pal account used to make payment within 30 days of the date of cancellation or, in the case that an order has already been dispatched, from the date the items are received back at our warehouse.

Limitation of Liability

Except as specifically stated on this site, neither Vital Herb nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or products supplied. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Fraud Prevention

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order place on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Changes In Terms

Vital Herb reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the Vital Herb website.
